Using this site

These terms apply to everyone who visits or uses saasalways.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What SaaSAlways is

SaaSAlways is an independent directory of marketing and sales software. We publish profiles and comparisons based on vendors’ official sources. We do not sell, license or support the software we cover. Any purchase, trial or contract is between you and the vendor, under the vendor’s own terms.

Accuracy of information

  • Facts on a profile come from the vendor’s official pages and show the date we last checked them.
  • Vendors change prices, plans and features without notice, so information can be out of date by the time you read it.
  • Editorial text is labelled as opinion and is not a guarantee about how a product will work for you.
  • Nothing on this site is legal, financial or tax advice. Always confirm current pricing and terms on the vendor’s site before you buy.

Submissions and messages

When you submit software, request a correction or send us a message, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are allowed to share it. We may check, edit, decline or not respond to any submission. A submission does not guarantee a listing, and nothing is published until we verify it against official sources. We handle the personal data you send as described in our privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

  • Copy or scrape the directory in bulk, or access the site in a way that slows it down for other people.
  • Try to break, probe or bypass the site’s security.
  • Send spam, malicious code or misleading content through our forms.
  • Pretend to be a vendor, a SaaSAlways team member or anyone else.

We may block access that breaks these rules.

Content and trademarks

The text, structure, design and logo of SaaSAlways belong to SaaSAlways. You may quote short parts of a page if you credit SaaSAlways and link to the original page. Product names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products we describe. Their use does not mean the owner endorses SaaSAlways.

Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, SaaSAlways makes no warranties about the completeness, accuracy or availability of the site, and is not liable for losses that come from relying on its content, from using third party sites or from buying software listed here. Some laws do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

We may update these terms as the site grows. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after an update, the new terms apply.
