Rewardful pricing at a glance
According to Rewardful's official pricing page, every plan includes unlimited affiliates, unlimited tracked visitors, a 14-day free trial and a 0% transaction fee on affiliate-attributed revenue. Its subscription tiers are based on monthly sales from customers connected to affiliates—not the amount you actually pay affiliates or your company's total revenue.
| Rewardful plan | Monthly billing | Annual billing | Monthly affiliate-attributed revenue |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $49/month | $490/year | Up to $7,500 |
| Growth | $99/month | $990/year | Up to $15,000 |
| Enterprise (entry tier) | $149+/month | $1,490+/year | Up to $30,000; additional tiers available |
Prices are in US dollars before applicable taxes. Annual billing effectively provides twelve months for the price of ten; it is not a monthly contract at the lower equivalent rate. For the broader product experience, see our Rewardful software profile.
Starter versus Growth: the practical differences
Starter gives you one affiliate campaign and up to two team members. It includes coupon tracking, Stripe-related integrations, first/last-touch attribution, REST API access and self-referral fraud detection according to the published features matrix. Its recurring commission capabilities do not mean that every external billing system is natively supported.
Growth raises the monthly referred-revenue allowance to $15,000 and includes unlimited campaigns and team members, a branded affiliate portal, a custom domain, invite-only campaigns and custom rewards. Those are meaningful reasons to upgrade even before reaching the Starter revenue threshold if your business needs different programs or a white-labeled portal.
Enterprise starts at $149+ and adds direct one-click PayPal payouts and phone support. Rewardful's public pricing names an entry Enterprise volume of up to $30,000 per month; the revenue-limit help article describes further usage levels at $75,000 and $150,000. Do not assume a single $149 price covers unlimited affiliate revenue.
What counts toward Rewardful's monthly revenue limit?
Rewardful's March 2026 documentation defines the revenue limit as the full sale value of payments by customers attributed to affiliates, including subscriptions and renewals. This count resets monthly and is based on payment dates. It excludes customers with no Rewardful affiliate referral. The fee basis is not your affiliate's commission percentage.
The important edge case: all subsequent payments by a referred customer can count toward the volume limit even after that customer's commissions stop. For example, a partner might earn 20% of the first three $100 invoices, then nothing afterward; a fourth $100 invoice can still increase your plan's monthly affiliate-attributed revenue count. That matters when modeling recurring SaaS programs with time-limited commissions.
When your usage passes the threshold, Rewardful says it sends an email and automatically upgrades you to the appropriate higher tier to keep tracking operating. Annual subscriptions follow equivalent usage-tier logic; do not assume prepaying guarantees the lower plan for the full year regardless of growth.
Example: a SaaS with 50 referred subscribers
Assume 50 active referred customers each pay $100 this month. The program generates $5,000 affiliate-attributed revenue, so the Starter $7,500 monthly allowance is sufficient. If affiliates receive 20% recurring commissions, you owe $1,000 in partner rewards. That $1,000 is separate from the $49 Rewardful subscription and any payout transfer fees.
If 100 referred customers pay $100 in the same month, volume is $10,000—above Starter's allowance but within Growth's $15,000 allowance. Under the same 20% commission rule, partner rewards would be $2,000. Growth's listed $99 subscription price does not include those commissions or optional managed payouts.
A founder should forecast active referred accounts × expected invoice value across the year, including annual upgrades and renewals. Because Rewardful counts all sale value associated with referred customers, do not project the plan from newly referred customers alone.
Monthly versus annual billing and free trial
The Rewardful pricing schedule lists $490/year for Starter instead of twelve $49 payments ($588), a $98 difference at the displayed rates. Growth is $990/year rather than twelve $99 payments ($1,188), a $198 difference. Enterprise begins at $1,490/year rather than twelve $149 payments ($1,788), a $298 difference at the entry price.
Every plan offers a 14-day free trial. Annual savings are useful for a stable program, but the annual contract does not remove its monthly affiliate-sales allowance. The published revenue-limit guide states that annual plans may also be moved to an equivalent higher tier if the program exceeds the allowance.
Does Rewardful charge transaction fees?
Rewardful advertises a 0% platform transaction fee on affiliate-attributed revenue. That statement means it does not deduct a percentage of every referred sale as a normal software fee. It does not mean running an affiliate program is free after the subscription.
- The affiliate's agreed commissions remain payable under your program terms.
- Payment processors such as Stripe and bank/payout providers can charge separate transaction and FX fees.
- Rewardful's optional Managed Payouts service charges 3% of commission payouts.
- Affiliates may face withdrawal charges depending on location and payment method.
- Applicable taxes and higher usage tiers can increase your bill.
If you want to compare variable software fees across brands, see our affiliate software cost comparison; it separates sales-based fees from payout-based fees.
Managed Payouts: 3% fee and eligibility rules
Rewardful's Managed Payouts help guide says the merchant funds one invoice and Rewardful distributes commissions to affiliates. The fee is 3% of the amount paid out and there is no additional managed-payout subscription. For $1,000 in partner payouts, the vendor fee is $30; for $5,000, it is $150, aside from withdrawal fees or your own payment banking costs.
The onboarding requirements currently include an active Rewardful account, a USD affiliate program currency and a bank account that can connect through Stripe's ACH debit flow. Access requires contacting the vendor. So an international founder cannot assume this workflow is available merely because the pricing table says it is optional on every plan.
A separate PayPal direct-payment guide explains that integrated one-click PayPal payouts require Enterprise; bulk PayPal/Wise payout export facilities are listed more broadly on the pricing grid. Distinguish exporting a payout file from vendor-managed automatic distribution.
Rewardful cost scenarios including commission payouts
Example A: a startup generates $6,000 in referred revenue and pays 20% commission ($1,200). The Starter subscription is $49. Without managed payouts, Rewardful's platform-side subscription is $49 plus any external transfer fees. Using managed payouts at 3% would add $36, producing $85 in Rewardful subscription/payout fees, with $1,200 in commissions still owed.
Example B: affiliate-driven sales reach $12,000 and payouts at 20% reach $2,400. Growth is $99; its optional 3% managed payout fee would be $72, for $171 in Rewardful-side charges before commissions, withdrawal/provider fees and taxes. Both examples assume every sale is eligible and no refunds, disputes or withheld rewards change the payout total.
Those calculations are not a quote from Rewardful and do not establish that the managed payout service is available for your merchant. A banking-eligibility check is required.
Integrations and setup costs that headline pricing misses
Rewardful is a strong candidate for SaaS merchants using Stripe. But support for a named processor is not proof that you can track every custom billing flow. Check checkout scripts, customer identity, coupon attribution, subscription renewal timing, refund reversals and payment-provider version before contracting. Our Stripe affiliate software guide covers operational testing.
For Paddle, do not confuse Paddle Classic integration with current Paddle Billing; some documentation explicitly distinguishes them. Review our Paddle Billing buyer guide instead of assuming a vendor's marketing use of the word “Paddle” covers every product generation.
Implementation work, a branded portal, custom campaigns and payment reconciliation also have operational costs even when a subscription includes the necessary API features.
Who should choose Starter, Growth or Enterprise?
| Scenario | Shortlist plan | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| New Stripe SaaS below $7,500 referred sales | Starter | One campaign, small team, basic portal needs |
| Multiple campaigns or a custom affiliate domain | Growth | Branding, unlimited campaigns and users |
| $10,000 referred sales, few admins | Growth | Starter's monthly revenue cap exceeded |
| Need integrated one-click PayPal payouts | Enterprise | That feature is not listed on lower plans |
| Above $30,000 monthly affiliate-referred sales | Custom Enterprise tier | Ask Rewardful for exact volume and pricing |
No table can determine your best plan without knowing processor support and program rules. Treat this as a planning shortlist, not a promise that every feature is enabled for your account.
